The REVITA pilot starts in the Internal Medicine Service of the Ramón y Cajal Hospital
The REVITA pilot project begins at the Hospital de Ramón y Cajal. The objective is to monitor chronic patients from their homes with the help of the REVITA tool that allows them to control their weight, blood pressure, temperature and pulse.
